Mary Alice Martin, 72, of Wolf Point, died July 17, 2005. She is survived by her sister, Lucy Redekopp of Wolf Point; daughters, Rose Red Elk Haywood of Lafayette, Colo., and Stacey Taylor of Billings; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Interment at the Poplar Cemetery.

Mary Alice Martin, 72 of Wolf Point, passed away July 17 after a lengthy illness.
Mary was born July 17, 1933 in Poplar, MT to Theodore Mitchell and Rose Bernice (Moran), she was raised in Poplar and then moved to Tyler, TX in 1955 and returned to Wolf Point in 1992.
Mary worked for 20 plus years in food service, and also worked as a certified nurses assistant at Trinity Hospital in Wolf Point. She belonged to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Wolf Point.
Mary enjoyed collecting figurines and watching classic films.
Mary is survived by her sister; Lucy Redekopp of Wolf Point, MT., daughters; Rose Red Elk Haywood of Lafayette, CO.; and Stacey Taylor of Billings, MT; and 8 great grand children and 6
great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held Tuesday, July 19, 2005 at Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point from. 1 to 8 p.m. with a vigil service at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 20, at 10 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church in Wolf Point. Interment took place at the Poplar Cemetery.
