General Notes:
Wow, finally found her! her name is spelled Fannie not Fanny. Found her in 1880 and 1900 census documents in Montgomery Township under married name of Clark. She's widowed in the 1900 census living with her children. wow she had eight children, 7 living in 1900.
Living with four servants in 1900.
1900 census says she's 49 years old and born 1852. This is pretty far off from the 1845 birthdate, but I'm certain it's her. Parents places of birth are accurate, and children's names are close relatives.

Her death certificate from the SOS Missouri Death collection says her birthdate August 3, 1852. She lived a good long life! 75 years old (probably 80!) Her death cert says her father is DD Mitchell!
Francis married Henry Clark Jr., son of Living and Living, on 22 Feb 1863. (Henry Clark Jr. was born on 29 Jan 1841 in Missouri.)
