Jennie Shu-wa Summers or Murphy

   Cause of her death was anerysm.

Mom said she had faded tatttoos on her face. Line down her forehead, nose, cheeks and chin

In a 1900 census, Mattie is shown to have five children living and I am only assuming this child is Jennie; her Indian name is listed, but the only female in the general timeframe. Very confusing because of the difference between Indian and English names, and also the lack of recording of births of Indian children.

In a 1900 census she and her family were living in a "moveable" dwelling.

She had an anerysm while pulling the nickle slots at the Carson Nugget. She died later at the hospital.

Jennie married Murphy aka Miguel or Mcgil Murphy Williams, son of Living and Annie aka See-Why Williams. (Murphy aka Miguel or Mcgil Murphy Williams was born in 1887 in Hawthorne, Nevada, died on 24 Apr 1946 in Schurz, Nevada and was buried in Schurz, Nevada.)
