Her and Tom were rations indians in 1900 census

There marriage ended in 1904 or so, he remarries to Rosa Flynn. Nancy is listed with Tom in 1906 and she is with her children. in 1906 census says she is divorced.

Attended Fort Shaw according to Full Court Quest in 1893

One of the most influential men on the reservation, David Mitchell, son of the legendary fur trader and Indian agent, David Dawson Mitchell, had allowed two of his daughters, fifteen year old Josephine and six year old Nancy, to go to Fort Shaw aboard the very same train that had taken the Wirth sisters west.
