According to a 1900 census, says she is a ration Indian.
She appeared to live with Charging Dog (John K. Chase SR) plus his indian wife, Mrs. Charging Dog.
I believe Charging Dog died young, and she apparently remarried because her last name is changed it Pedigo. Widowed according to marriage cert to Pedigo

About 1890 John K. Chase settled at Wolf Point as the Sub-Indian Agent. He married a daughter of Dave Mitchell and started ranching operations with the cattle given her by her father as a wedding present.
Medical Notes:
I found an old scrip that states that she is deceased and was wife of John K. Chase. She died young, but I have to order the scrip to know the exact date of death.

• Census, 1888 Indian Census. According to the census Louisa was 16 at the time of the 1888 census
Louise married John K. aka Charging Dog? Chase Sr., son of Living and Living, in 1890. (John K. aka Charging Dog? Chase Sr. was born Jun 1850 or 1851 in Maine and died on 9 Jan 1917 in Montana.)
Louise next married James William or Jim Pedigo on 6 Feb 1918 in Cascade County, MT. (James William or Jim Pedigo was born in 1874 and died on 23 Jun 1964 in Roosevelt County.)
