son Franks death certificate lists his mother's name as Bouchone instead of Buckshot. I have also seen Miller.

According to a family account, Nellie Buckshot possibly dies in 1897. This is probable a 1900 census shows the young James and Frank living with relatives. Born in Montana according to census documents.

She is a full blood Indian

Nellie married Charles Isaac aka James Hawley. (Charles Isaac aka James Hawley was born in Jul 1853 in California.)
