I found a 1900 census that I believe is this family - although Constance was listed as Christina and Valentine was listed as Florie. Everything else matches up. Says he immigrated in 1891 and his occupation is a barber. They are Poland/German
Confusing in another 1930 census he calls himself George F., and Constance is Constance. everything else matches up according to Kelly's records. He is a barber still, so I believe this is him. Why he calls himself a different name is curious.
