Services for Lockie Mosley Swinney, 77, of Madisonville are set for 2 p.m. Sunday at the J.M. Day Funeral Home Chapel in Madisonville. The Rev. Dale Evans will officiate. Burial will be in the Willowhole Cemetery. Mrs. Swinney died Friday in Madisonville. She was born in Madison County and was a Baptist. She worked at the First City Bank in Houston for 30 years. She was a member of the ladies quilting group at Elwood Baptist Church in Midway. She was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Swinney. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Beverly and Don Hatcher of Madisonville and Carol and Benny Baugh of Spring; a sister-in-law, Viola Swinney of Arp; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a niece.

Lockie married James William Swinney. (James William Swinney was born in 1919 and died in 2000.)
